Leslie Wentworth-Precinct Chair, Precinct 390

Dec 29, 2023

Since 2020 I've been concerned about our country and decided to get involved with the Republican Party of Texas. Somewhere along the way I met Janine Chapa and loved her enthusiasm for saving our county. I told her that I'd be happy to help with block-walking for her candidate, Evelyn for Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace. When I showed up to work I found out how organized and motivated Janine is. Janine set goals for her assigned precinct but also many precincts that had no current Precinct Chair. Through hours of working together, she showed me her heart for our country and specifically our State and County. She is always positive and her work ethic is to be admired (nobody outworks Janine). She took me down to the Capitol for the impeachment hearings. Always encouraging others to be involved in our Government. I've watched her at the Executive committee meetings and noticed her focus on data and facts when she had the floor. She's SMART and FOCUSED and not prone to emotional outbursts. I think she has a deep understanding of the job that she has decided to pursue and knowledge of how much opposition she is going to have to fight through to attain her goal. I don't know any politically minded person that is as dedicated as Janine Chapa. She has a heart for the local community, Williamson County, our state and country and I believe that she is the person to represent 'the people' of HD20. Janine has my full and complete endorsement.
